The chief court clerk assumes multiple administrative and judicial responsibilities, including supervising court registry operations, ensuring legal procedure application, managing the work team, and contributing to improving the administrative performance of the unit.

Interested candidates must retrieve the application form from the Human Resources Directorate website at drh.justice.gov.ma. Applications must be registered electronically via the dedicated software on the same site, during the period from the publication date until March 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM, which is the electronic registration deadline.

  • Electronic registration receipt.
  • Detailed curriculum vitae including qualifications and professional background.
  • Proposed work program for managing and developing the administrative unit.
  • Direct supervisor's opinion regarding the candidate's professional competence.

Required documents must be transmitted through the hierarchical channel to the Human Resources Directorate – Personnel Department – Leadership Position Management Division, no later than March 6, 2026. Applications not registered electronically or received after the deadline will be rejected.
