The competition is open to Moroccan candidates who meet the specified conditions, with 25% of positions reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities. The written test will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM in centers to be announced later.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality
• Enjoyment of civil rights and mental and physical capacity to perform the duties
• Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension of the maximum age to 45 years in specific cases
• Hold a diploma of specialized technician in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification

Application files must be submitted at the registry office of El Kalaa des Sraghna municipality headquarters during public administration working hours starting March 6, 2026, with a submission deadline of March 23, 2026. The file must include the following documents:

• Application addressed to the Governor of El Kalaa des Sraghna Province
• Certified copy of national identity card
• Curriculum vitae with recent photograph
• Certified copy of diploma in the required specialty

Competition Process
