The Middle Market and Corporate Market Director's primary mission is to deploy the institution's strategy regarding guarantee and credit granting for businesses, while ensuring the implementation of necessary financing, particularly for the Middle Market and Corporate segments. This is done in strict compliance with applicable contractual and regulatory conditions.

The ideal candidate must hold a higher education degree (Master's level) in finance, business school diploma, university degree or equivalent, with at least 10 years of professional experience, including minimum 5 years as a manager in a credit institution.
This position requires strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, solid knowledge of commitment steering techniques, management of guaranteed and co-financed credits, as well as financial analysis in the banking sector.
The ability to motivate, guide, supervise, and develop teams is a major asset for success in this role. The capacity to maintain quality relationships with partners, interpersonal skills, results orientation, and innovation mindset are also highly sought-after qualities.
The Middle Market and Corporate Market Director reports hierarchically to the Deputy General Director of Operations and manages a team of 9 people total, including 2 direct reports. Functional relationships involve regular exchanges with all internal poles, directions, departments, and services, as well as with banks, financing companies, public administrations, funders, businesses, and public establishments.
