One financial manager position is available at Al Omrane Al Janoub Group. Key Duties and Responsibilities

The financial manager will handle essential tasks including:

  • Managing and optimizing treasury operations, with daily monitoring of bank positions and supervision of cash inflows and outflows.
  • Developing and updating cash flow forecasts, and analyzing variances between projections and actual results.
  • Controlling inventory operations, provisions, depreciation, accrued expenses, and deferred revenues.
  • Overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with legal requirements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Serving as the interface with banking institutions, auditors, and statutory auditors.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and procedures.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a minimum Bac+4/5 degree in Financial Management and/or Audit or Management Control.
  • Have initial experience in Financial Management (desired).
  • Be geographically mobile.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in management and reporting tools, deep knowledge of general and analytical accounting, mastery of account closing techniques, expertise in analyzing financial statements, strong Excel skills (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial analysis).
  • Behavioral and managerial skills: Commitment, teamwork and adaptability, rigor and organizational sense, proactivity and initiative, analytical and synthesis abilities, quality oral and written expression.
