Position Overview

Eligibility Requirements
Applications are open to candidates from public administrations, territorial communities, public institutions, or the private sector, subject to the following conditions:
- Moroccan nationality
- Doctorate degree, State Engineer diploma, Master's degree, or one of the higher diplomas allowing recruitment at the second-class administrator grade or equivalent grade
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in state administration, territorial communities, public institutions, or the private sector after obtaining required diplomas
- At least five years of responsibility in a position equivalent to director in public administrations
Required Skills and Expertise
The ideal candidate must possess several fundamental competencies:
- Sufficient knowledge of modern public service management systems
- Good understanding of national and territorial administrative organization
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and procedures concerning investment and business management
- Experience in all commercial, financial, real estate, and investment operations
- Knowledge of consultative, technical, industrial, and service operations related to the company's social purpose
General Manager Responsibilities
The General Manager will assume the following responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation and compliance with the strategy directed by the Company's Board of Directors
- Manage daily operations related to management, particularly concerning human and financial resources
- Comprehensive understanding of digitalization, territorial intelligence, industrial innovation, and smart digital methods in management processes
- Knowledge of technical issues related to tracking and monitoring applications and other modern methods ensuring transparency principles
- Work to rationalize company expenses and optimize the use of financial resources, particularly regarding project launches
