Eligibility Criteria

Candidacy is limited to the following categories:

• Permanent civil servants and contract agents working at the Ministry of Interior belonging to the general budget
• Permanent civil servants and contract agents currently performing service head functions at the date of this announcement

Basic Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be classified at least in the grade of second-class administrator or in the state engineer framework, or in one of the equivalent indicial rank grades
• Hold at least a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent grade
• Have, at the date of this announcement, at least two (2) years of actual service as permanent staff, or three (3) years for contract agents of state administrations and territorial communities
