The Essaouira Urban Agency (Agence Urbaine d'Essaouira) is opening 6 management positions for internal candidates, as per the director's decision of May 21, 2026. These roles offer a chance to shape the urban development of the historic city of Essaouira.

• Head of Studies and Topography Department
• Head of Urban Management and Regulation Department
• Head of General Studies Service
• Head of Urban Planning and Architecture Service
• Head of Topography Service
• Head of Control Service

Requirements for Department Heads

Candidates must be permanent staff of the agency, hold a relevant degree, have at least 8 years of experience in urban agencies or the supervising ministry, and have served as a service head for at least 2 years. Exemptions apply to current department heads.

Requirements for Service Heads

Candidates must be classified at least at scale 20, hold a diploma allowing access to scale 17, and have at least 2 years of actual service with the agency. Exceptionally, candidates at scale 17 with 10 years of service may apply.
