The Operations Manager will report to the Head of the Operations Department. The work schedule involves shift work including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Candidates must hold a BAC+2 degree (BAC+3 preferred) in transport, logistics, management, or a related field. Proven experience in a bus station or transport site is mandatory.
Strong leadership, discipline, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
