About the Recruitment

The Local Development Company Marrakech Moussafir S.A. announces a recruitment competition for the position of Operations Manager. This key role will ensure the daily operational management of the new Al Azzouzia bus station in Marrakech.

Position Details

The Operations Manager will report to the Head of the Operations Department. The work schedule involves shift work including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations: departures, arrivals, platform allocation, passenger flow.
  • Coordinate ground teams: platform chiefs, controllers, security, cleaning.
  • Enforce internal regulations among transporters and users.
  • Handle incidents, delays, and complaints.
  • Prepare daily reports and performance dashboards.

Required Profile

Candidates must hold a BAC+2 degree (BAC+3 preferred) in transport, logistics, management, or a related field. Proven experience in a bus station or transport site is mandatory.

Personal Skills

Strong leadership, discipline, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
