The Casablanca Settat Region announces the opening of applications for two vacant leadership positions within the Regional Council, namely the positions of Head of Performance Evaluation Service and Head of Internal Audit Service. This opportunity is directed at permanent civil servants and contract agents working within the administration of the Casablanca Settat Regional Council and under its budget, who meet the specified conditions.
This announcement is based on a set of legal and regulatory texts, including Royal Decree No. 1.15.83 of 20 Ramadan 1436 (July 7, 2015) implementing Organic Law No. 111-14 relating to regions, Royal Decree No. 1.58.008 of 4 Sha'ban 1377H (February 24, 1958) constituting the general statute of the civil service, as well as decrees and decisions governing the conditions for appointment to senior positions.
Permanent civil servants and contract agents currently performing, as of the date of this announcement, the functions of head of service may apply for the positions. Furthermore, if the interest of the service requires it, permanent civil servants and contract agents ranked in the grade of third-class attaché or in one of the equivalent indicial rank grades, with at least fifteen (15) years of effective service in state administrations or territorial communities, including at least four (04) years in the mentioned grade, may apply for the head of service position.
The Head of Performance Evaluation Service works under the supervision and control of the President of the Casablanca Settat Regional Council, and assumes within the framework of powers devolved to regions the following responsibilities:

Application files must be submitted, mandatorily in five (05) copies against receipt, at the region's headquarters - Human Resources and Administrative Careers Service - located at Boulevard Victor Hugo, Habous district, Casablanca, during working hours in force in public administrations from the announcement publication date until May 12, 2026 at 4:30 PM as the final deadline for accepting applications.
The selection interview will focus on the candidates' mastery of the legal and managerial system related to the contested position, as well as modern public service management techniques and mechanisms.
A committee created by decision of the President of the Casablanca Settat Regional Council is responsible for studying files meeting application conditions, as well as conducting selection interviews of candidates whose files have been accepted.
The list of candidates admitted to take the selection interview, as well as the date and place of its holding, will be announced through the same channels of dissemination of this decision, and this publication serves as summons to the concerned persons.
