Key Information About the Position

Two Service Head positions are available within the Regional Academy of Education and Training in the Béni Mellal Khénifra region and the Provincial Directorate of Azilal. Applications are open to official employees and contract agents who meet the established criteria, with a focus on promoting gender equality as outlined in the Kingdom's 2011 Constitution.

Required Application Conditions

Candidates must fulfill several fundamental requirements, including:

  • Being ranked at least at the level of second-class administrator or within the engineer framework, or in an equivalent grade.
  • Holding a certificate or diploma qualifying for access to third-class administrator or equivalent grade.
  • Having at least two years of actual service experience for official employees, or three years for contract agents, in state administrations or territorial communities.
  • In exceptional cases, official employees or contract agents ranked at the third-class administrator level may apply if they have a minimum seniority of 15 years, including at least 4 years in the mentioned grade or higher.

Responsibilities of the Service Head

The responsibilities of the Service Head are defined by Decision No. 05/16 of February 8, 2016, which governs the competencies and organization of the Academy's services. These include supervising administrative and financial operations, developing annual work plans, and ensuring the effective implementation of educational and training policies. The Service Head is also expected to contribute to sector performance development and improve the quality of services provided.

Application Submission Procedure

Interested candidates must prepare a file containing the following documents:

  • A written request addressed to the Academy Director, including administration approval and the direct supervisor's opinion on the candidate's competence.
  • A detailed curriculum vitae highlighting qualifications and professional experience.
  • Copies of obtained diplomas and the appointment decision in the required framework and grade.
  • A motivation note explaining the reasons for applying for the position.
  • An administrative certificate attesting to the absence of disciplinary sanctions.
  • A personal project and proposed work program for managing and developing the position.

Files must be submitted in four copies of each document to the Human Resources Management Department of the Academy, located at Al Qods Street in Béni Mellal, from March 16, 2026, to March 20, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any incomplete application or one received after this date will be considered invalid.

Selection Process and Interviews

A special committee will be established by decision of the Academy Director to conduct the initial screening of candidates and hold interviews, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 681.2.11 of November 25, 2011.
