Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Regional Director will undertake crucial responsibilities for achieving agency objectives at the regional level:

  • Implement national strategy through regional and local action plans across provincial and prefectural agency networks
  • Represent ANAPEC with economic and social institutions in the Dakhla Oued Eddahab region
  • Develop and strengthen regional relationships and partnerships for better territorial integration
  • Analyze local labor market needs and design appropriate programs and services
  • Coordinate and supervise implementation of various ANAPEC services and programs
  • Manage, animate, and direct the network of affiliated agencies in the region
  • Supervise quality audits of services provided by agencies
  • Manage human, material, and financial resources according to current regulations

Required Qualifications and Conditions

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Belong to the principal administrators corps or equivalent grades
  • Be classified in scale number 11 or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience
  • Hold a minimum Bac+3 degree
  • Master ANAPEC's service offerings and procedures
  • Understand the regional labor market ecosystem
  • Possess skills in dashboard development and indicator monitoring
  • Proficient in office tools and new information technologies
