Exciting Job Opportunity: Regional Delegate at the National Agency for Literacy

The National Agency for Literacy (ANLCA) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the position of Regional Delegate, based in Sidi Ifni. This role is crucial for overseeing literacy programs and ensuring their effective implementation in the region.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Delegate will coordinate with local authorities, supervise field teams, monitor project progress, and report to the central administration. They will also be responsible for evaluating program outcomes and proposing improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a permanent employee of ANLCA or seconded from a government department, local authority, or public institution.
• Hold at least the rank of Manager 2nd Grade or State Engineer or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of actual service (for Manager 2nd Grade and above) or 5 years (for Manager 3rd Grade).
• Proficiency in Arabic and French, with strong organizational skills.
