Recruitment Competition: Junior Internal Auditor (M/F) – Al Omrane Beni Mellal-Khenifra Company
Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise in Morocco, announces a recruitment competition for the position of Junior Internal Auditor at its regional company in Beni Mellal-Khenifra. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in evaluating core business processes, support processes, and corporate governance, risk management, and internal control systems.
- Strengthen internal control effectiveness and risk management.
- Prepare and organize audit missions according to the annual audit plan.
- Conduct audit missions at territorial agencies or headquarters.
- Assess processes, identify uncovered risk areas, and recommend improvements.
- Validate observations and action plans with auditees.
- Write audit reports and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Assist the audit and risk department in development projects.
- Contribute to preparing Audit and Risk Committee meetings.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Bac+4/5 in Audit and/or Management Control.
- Experience: Initial experience in audit is desirable.
- Geographic mobility: Required.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of internal audit methodology according to international standards (CRIPP).
- Ability to conduct audit missions and produce key deliverables.
- Good knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO) and risk management.
- Familiarity with real estate regulations: public procurement decree, CCAG, urban planning law, etc.
- Strong affinity for data analysis and computerized tools.
- Knowledge of management disciplines: finance, accounting, HR, project management, marketing, written communication.
