Fundamental Conditions and Requirements

Pasteur Institute Morocco has established a set of conditions that candidates for this leadership position must fulfill:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Classification at least in the grade of second-grade administrator or State Engineer, or in one of the grades with an equivalent salary scale arrangement
  • Possession of a diploma granting access to third-grade administrator or equivalent grade
  • At least four years of effective service as a permanent employee in public administrations, or five years for contractual employees
  • Previous experience in the position of Head of Service

Key Missions and Responsibilities

The Head of the Non-Communicable Diseases Diagnostic Division will be responsible for a set of vital missions contributing to the development of the institute's activities:

  • Supervision of activities of immuno-histocompatibility services, cytogenetics and genetic counseling, hematology, hormonology - tumor markers, and the Anatomical Pathology - Immunopathology Service
  • Active participation in achieving the strategic objectives of the Biology and Medical Department, particularly the strategic objective of developing specialized Medical Biology
  • Ensuring the implementation of quality, hygiene, safety, and biosecurity approaches at the Division level
  • Planning of the action plan, monitoring its implementation, and preparation of the Division's activity report
  • Maintaining scientific, technological, normative, and regulatory monitoring of activities carried out by the Division
  • Management of administrative activities to ensure the proper functioning of the Division
