The Presidency of the Public Prosecution announces the opening of applications for the position of Head of the Human Resources and Training Unit, representing an exceptional professional opportunity for qualified magistrates and civil servants. Required Qualifications for Candidates

Candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria ensuring their capability to undertake the responsibilities of this key position:

  • For magistrates: Candidates must be ranked at least in the exceptional category and have served as head of division or equivalent for a minimum of four years. Magistrates ranked in the superior category are exempt from this experience requirement.
  • For civil servants: Candidates must hold at least the rank of first-class judicial conservator or first-class principal engineer or equivalent grades. They must also possess a diploma qualifying them for second-class judicial conservator (scale 11) or equivalent, and have served as head of division or equivalent for at least four years with a minimum of ten years of administrative service.

Application Documentation

Candidates must prepare a complete application file containing the following documents:

  • A written application bearing the visa of the hierarchical superior
  • Electronic registration receipt
  • Documents proving fulfillment of required conditions
  • Standard unified form downloadable from the Public Prosecution's electronic portal
  • Proposed work program and methodology for managing the position
  • Administrative authorization for non-magistrates and non-civil servants working at the Public Prosecution

Candidates may include any additional documents considered useful and relevant to the nature of the position.

Application and Selection Process

Registration must be completed exclusively through the dedicated platform at candidature.pmp.ma from March 4, 2026 to March 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Candidates must upload all required documents clearly scanned via the electronic platform. Applications not registered electronically or lacking required documentation will be automatically rejected.

A special commission established by decision of the Prosecutor General will examine applications through the following stages:

  • Preliminary selection of maximum seven candidates based on application files and fulfillment of requirements
  • Interviews with selected candidates who must present their personal vision for the assigned tasks and performance improvement strategies

Interview dates will be announced on the Public Prosecution's electronic portal after the commission finalizes the list of accepted candidates.
