  • Possess at least two years of service as a permanent employee.
  • Permanent civil servants and contractual agents performing department head functions at the date of the vacancy announcement may also apply.

Exceptional Application Conditions

Exceptionally and based on service necessity, permanent civil servants and contractual agents classified in the third-class administrator grade or in one of the equivalent index grades may apply, provided they can demonstrate at least fifteen years of effective service in state administrations or territorial communities, including a minimum of four years in the mentioned grade.

  • An application addressed to the Director of the Higher School of Technology in Casablanca, including approval from the candidate's home institution and the immediate supervisor's opinion on the candidate's competencies.

  • Copies of obtained certificates and diplomas.
