General Position Overview

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake several crucial missions for the smooth administrative operation of the department:

  • Managing the director's schedule and organizing meetings
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Coordinating business travel and logistical arrangements
  • Monitoring files and administrative tasks meticulously
  • Participating in meeting preparation and drafting minutes
  • Handling telephone calls and information requests
  • Ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

  • Moroccan nationality required
