Job Announcement: Director of Services at Aït Iaâza Commune
The commune of Aït Iaâza, located in the province of Taroudant (Souss-Massa region), has opened applications for the position of Director of Services. This senior management role is crucial for the effective administration of the commune.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be a permanent civil servant or a contractual agent currently working at the commune.
- Hold the grade of Principal Attaché (2nd grade) or State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
- Possess at least a diploma allowing access to the grade of Attaché (3rd grade) or equivalent.
- Have at least 4 years of service as a permanent employee or 5 years as a contractual agent.
- Preference is given to those who have served as Head of Service, but an exemption is possible if necessary.
Main Responsibilities
The Director of Services will be responsible for:
- Supervising and organizing the communal administration.
- Assisting the President of the Commune in performing his duties.
- Reviewing files from communal services before signature.
- Coordinating between the presidency and various departments.
- Leading and coordinating the work of communal services.
- Liaising with external services involved in local affairs.
- Signing documents delegated by the President.
- Preparing documents for council decisions and monitoring their implementation.
