The Ministry of Interior - Essaouira Province is organizing a recruitment competition for two positions of grade 2 administrator, scale 11, specialized in administrative law and administration science. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen administrative competencies and modernize public management at the local level. Competition Details and Requirements

The competition will take place on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the Higher School of Technology in Essaouira, with possible organization in other centers to be determined later if necessary. Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year. They must also hold a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a specialized graduate studies diploma, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in the field of administrative law and administration science, or equivalent diplomas according to current regulatory provisions.

Selection System and Tests

The competition consists of two main tests:

  • Written test: Lasting three hours, it consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) covering the tasks and functions to be filled, the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specialties.
  • Oral test: Lasting between 15 and 30 minutes, during which the jury discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform functions related to the concerned grade.

To qualify for the oral test, candidates must obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test. It's important to note that 25% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

Application Procedure and Required Documents

Candidates must register on the public employment portal (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from March 3, 2026 to March 17, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, as well as the candidate's curriculum vitae.

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached when registering on the portal. Civil servants working in public administrations must, in addition to their registration on the electronic portal, submit their participation requests accompanied by the final approval of the administration to which they belong (responsible for human resources).

Additional Important Information

The publication of the list of candidates admitted to take the competition on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) serves as a summons to take the tests, without need for additional summons through other means. The final results of the tests, including the waiting list, will be published on the same portal.

If during the verification of participation conditions, it appears that a candidate declared successful does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced (in order and according to merit) by another candidate registered on the waiting list who meets these conditions. Candidates definitively admitted to this competition are required to complete their file with the administrative documents required by regulation for appointment to public service.
