General Information About the Position
This announcement concerns the recruitment of two (02) commercial advisors (M/F) for Al Omrane Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Company. Main Duties and Responsibilities
The commercial advisor will undertake several vital tasks contributing to the success of the group's development projects. These responsibilities include:
- Working to serve citizen-clients and partners while contributing to enhancing the group's customer experience.
- Conducting prospecting and commercialization of products, along with managing the social component of projects in accordance with established commercial policy.
- Identifying potential clients and maintaining an updated database of prospects.
- Making contact and following up with prospects for product commercialization.
- Welcoming, informing, and advising citizen-clients in a professional manner.
- Organizing field visits to prospects/clients and presenting projects/products clearly.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of self-care processes.
- Monitoring, managing, and developing their client portfolio.
- Achieving commercial performance indicators set in the individual objective contract.
- Participating in the preparation of brochures and marketing advertisements.
- Ensuring the collection of agreed-upon installments.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and notes related to marketing and social support.
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (technical, headquarters, agency) and external ones (notary, bank, etc.).
- Participating in the preparation of open days, promotion campaigns, and various events.
- Providing after-sales service, particularly in terms of responsiveness and handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring regular updates to the group's acquisition assistance platform.
- Monitoring appointment scheduling and calls generated by the group's platform.
- Conducting competitive monitoring relative to private and public operators and ensuring periodic information reporting.
- Ensuring required presence during various commercial events of the company and agency.
Access Conditions for the Position
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- BAC+4/5 degree in commerce or marketing (state diploma or private diploma recognized by the state).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the commercial and/or marketing field. Only professional experiences directly related to the position's duties and responsibilities will be considered during the pre-selection process.
- Geographic mobility.
