The Moroccan Pension Fund (CMR) is launching a recruitment competition for the position of Client Information, Advice and Guidance Officer within its regional delegations in Casablanca and Fez. General Competition Information

This recruitment targets Moroccan nationals aged 45 years maximum at the date of the decision's publication. Application Procedures and Required Documents

Interested candidates must complete the electronic form available on the CMR portal, attaching the following documents:

  • A duly signed application letter
  • A detailed curriculum vitae covering academic background and professional experience
  • Certified copies of obtained diplomas
  • A copy of the Electronic National Identity Card
  • Equivalence documents for foreign or private institution diplomas
  • Certificates proving professional experience

Required Profile and Professional Conditions

Candidates must hold a BAC+2 diploma issued by a Moroccan public institution, or by a private or foreign institution with equivalence documentation. The specialization should be in Communication and Customer Relations, Commerce, Marketing, or an equivalent field.

Confirmed experience of at least two years in customer advisory, after-sales service, or commercial activities is required, preferably in social security, insurance, banking, or call center sectors. Proficiency in the Amazigh language represents a distinctive advantage for this position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The position holder will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Inform, advise and guide clients and partners while comprehensively addressing their requests
  • Promote the CMR's image through quality reception and provision of appropriate informational materials
  • Ensure promotion of products and services by providing assistance and guidance for their use
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform digitization tasks and documentation management related to customer service

Technical Skills and Personal Qualities

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent command of Arabic and French in both written and spoken forms
  • Complete mastery of reception and customer service techniques
  • Proven ability to handle objections and emergency situations
  • Outstanding communication skills with clear and professional articulation

Competition Process and Tests

Written tests will take place at the CMR headquarters located at Avenue El Arar, Hay Ryad in Rabat. Lists of candidates selected for tests will be published on the official CMR and public employment websites.

Oral interviews are scheduled for the first week of April 2026. A specialized committee will evaluate candidates' competencies and suitability for the position. Only candidates scoring 12/20 or higher will be ranked by merit order.

Additional Important Information

The successful candidate must make themselves available to the CMR within the specified deadlines, otherwise they will be considered as having withdrawn from the position.
