Job Announcement: Head of Division Coordination of Competence Development Centers (CDC)
The Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) is recruiting a Head of Division Coordination of Competence Development Centers (CDC). This leadership role is crucial for steering the engineering of training programs and ensuring the effectiveness of the CDC network across Morocco.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Division will be responsible for:
- Contracting training engineering activities with CDCs through program contracts, including developing and updating training programs and competency assessment tools.
- Supporting CDCs in executing their program contracts by providing resources and expertise.
- Monitoring the implementation of CDC program contracts.
- Developing plans for establishing and strengthening CDCs.
- Conducting engineering work for new training streams not covered by CDCs.
- Coordinating regional trainer-animators' activities with Regional Directorates.
- Observing the professional environment and identifying initial training needs, developing modules and programs.
- Managing conversion, creation, and restructuring of training streams.
- Preparing dashboards for monitoring CDC activities.
- Preparing OFPPT's participation in World Skills competitions.
- Setting training implementation standards in consultation with CDCs.
Required Profile
External Candidates:
- Hold an engineering degree or equivalent (qualifying for scale 11 of the Civil Service).
- At least 5 years of cumulative professional experience as a manager in project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in training/education.
- Under 45 years of age at the date of service entry.
- Moroccan nationality.
OFPPT Employees:
- Classified at scale 19 minimum, or by derogation at scale 16 with at least 10 years of seniority in category C.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
