The Ministry of Interior - Taounate Province announces the opening of a competitive examination for the position of second-grade administrator, scale 11, specializing in human resources management. This represents a high-level administrative function within the ministry's organizational structure, with the successful candidate being assigned to work in Taounate Province. The examination will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Al-Wahda Qualifying High School in Taounate, with additional centers potentially designated based on need. Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged between 31 and 51 years as of January 1 of the current year. They must also hold a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a specialized graduate studies diploma, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in human resources management, or an equivalent qualification in accordance with current regulatory provisions.
The competition consists of two main tests:
Candidates must obtain a minimum average of 10 out of 20 in the written examination to qualify for the oral test.
A quota of 25% of the budgetary positions concerned by this competition is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. An additional quota of 7% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card. This system reflects the ministry's commitment to positive discrimination policies and the integration of all social categories into public service.
Candidates must register on the public employment portal (https://depot.emploi-public.ma) during the period from January 20 to February 25, 2026, until 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae.
For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, candidates must attach to their portal registration the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette along with the supporting certificates specified in the same decision.
The lists of candidates admitted to take the examination are published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), and this publication serves as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written examination and final results, including the waiting list, are also published on the same portal. If during the verification of competition participation conditions it is established that a candidate previously declared successful does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced (in order and according to merit) by another candidate registered on the waiting list who meets these conditions.
