The prefecture of Chefchaouen province, under the Ministry of Interior, is organizing a competition to recruit a second-grade administrator specialized in administrative litigation. Position Overview

This competition aims to recruit one second-grade administrator at scale 11, who will be assigned to one of the administrative units of the province or to the general secretariat of the prefecture. Eligibility Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year
  • Advanced graduate studies diploma, specialized graduate studies diploma, master's or specialized master's degree in administrative litigation
  • Acceptance of equivalent diplomas according to current regulatory provisions

Quota System and Positive Discrimination

A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant. Additionally, 7% of positions are allocated to persons with disabilities holding the "disabled person" card, reflecting the administration's commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Competition Structure and Tests

The competition includes two main tests:

  • Written Test: Three-hour duration, coefficient 4, consisting of a general subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to required duties, Ministry of Interior competencies, or required specializations
  • Oral Test: Duration between 15 and 30 minutes, coefficient 3, where the examination committee discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform duties associated with the grade

Only candidates who obtain a minimum average of 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test.

Important Dates

The competition will take place on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Al-Khawarizmi Technical High School in Chefchaouen, with possible organization at other centers to be determined later if necessary. The registration period extends from March 11 to March 30, 2026 until 4:30 PM.

Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted on the public employment website https://depot.emploi-public.ma during the indicated period. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the electronic national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae.

Essential Information and Guidelines

Lists of candidates admitted to participate in the competition are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, with this publication serving as summons to the tests. Results of the written test and final results are also published on the same portal.

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, candidates must attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette during registration. Candidates already employed in public administrations must, in addition to electronic registration, submit their participation request accompanied by the final approval from their original administration.
