• Head of Personnel Management Service within the Human Resources Division

Essential Application Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be classified at least at the second-class administrator grade or within the state engineer framework
• Hold a diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent
• Have at least two years of service as permanent staff or three years for contract agents

Important Exceptions

Exceptionally, permanent civil servants and contract agents classified at third-class administrator grade may apply if they have at least 15 years of actual service, including a minimum of 4 years in the mentioned grade.

Application File Composition

Candidates must provide the following documents:

• Five copies of the application file including a detailed curriculum vitae
• A comprehensive work program with clear methodology for developing the administrative unit
• Approval from the candidate's administration with the direct supervisor's opinion on their competence

Application Deadline

Application files must be submitted in five copies through administrative channels to the Directorate of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources at Ennahda 42 district in Rabat, before April 14, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Any application received after this date will be considered invalid.
