Eligibility Requirements
This recruitment targets two main categories of civil servants. The first category includes permanent and contractual employees working at the ministry who meet the following conditions:
- Be classified at least at the level of second-class finance controller or within the state finance engineer framework or in an equivalent indicial ranking grade
- Hold at minimum a diploma allowing access to third-class finance controller grade or equivalent
- Have at least two years of service as permanent staff or three years for contractual employees in state administrations and territorial communities
The second category includes permanent and contractual employees currently serving as service heads at the ministry at the time of the vacancy announcement. Exceptionally, permanent and contractual employees classified at third-class finance controller grade or equivalent may also apply if they have at least 15 years of actual service, including 4 years minimum in the mentioned grade.
