The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Communication Department announces the reopening of applications for two prestigious leadership positions: Inspectorate Missions Officer and Audit Missions Officer, both equivalent to Head of Service. This opportunity targets permanent civil servants and contractual agents aspiring to assume high-level administrative responsibilities within the government framework.

Position details

This vacancy includes two key roles:

  • Inspectorate Missions Officer: This position focuses on monitoring and evaluating the performance of administrative units within the communication sector, ensuring compliance with established regulations and policies.
  • Audit Missions Officer: Responsible for reviewing administrative and financial processes, aiming to improve efficiency and transparency in the sector's operations.

Each position functions as Head of Service, involving significant administrative and organizational responsibilities.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a permanent civil servant or contractual agent in the communication sector, or work in any other public administration or territorial community.
  • Be classified at least at the level of second-class administrator, or within the framework of state engineer, first-class technician, first-class editor, or in a grade with equivalent indicative ranking.
  • Hold a certificate or diploma allowing access to second-class administrator grade or equivalent.
  • Have at least two years of service if you are a permanent civil servant, or three years if you are a contractual agent.

Civil servants temporarily performing Head of Service functions at the date of the vacancy announcement may also apply.

Application procedure

To apply, you must prepare an application file containing:

  • An official application request.
  • An application form downloadable from the communication sector website (www.mjec.gov.ma) or the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma).
  • A detailed curriculum vitae with copies of documents proving qualifications and experience.
  • A proposed work program and methodology for managing and developing the concerned administrative unit.
  • Approval from the candidate's administration, with the opinion of their direct supervisor on their competence.

Files must be submitted in four copies to the Human and Financial Resources Directorate, and sent electronically to grh.abbassi@gmail.com, with digital receipt confirmation. The application deadline is February 27, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Selection process

A commission will be established by decision of the Minister to examine application files and select those meeting the conditions. The commission will conduct selective interviews with qualified candidates and submit a report of its deliberations to the Minister for final decision.
