The Regional Academy of Education and Training of Laayoune Sakia El Hamra region announces the opening of applications for the position of Head of Educational Affairs, Planning and School Mapping Service at the Provincial Directorate of Boujdour. Essential Position Information

This announcement follows Decision No. 8/5 issued on March 30, 2026 by the Director of the Regional Academy of Education and Training. The position is open to employees of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports who meet the specified conditions.

Required Application Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be ranked at least at the administrator second class grade or in the engineer framework or equivalent index grade
• Hold at minimum a certificate or diploma allowing access to administrator third class grade or equivalent grade
• Have at least two years of effective service for permanent civil servants, or three years for contract agents

Special Exceptions

Permanent civil servants and contract agents ranked at administrator third class grade may apply if they have at least 15 years of effective service, including 4 years minimum in the mentioned grade, when service requirements necessitate it.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

The service head exercises the competencies and missions provided by relevant legislative and regulatory texts, particularly Ministerial Decision No. 11-16 of February 8, 2016 concerning the determination of competencies and organization of Regional Academy services.

• Application addressed to the Academy Director including immediate supervisor approval and opinion on candidate competence (6 copies)
• Motivation letter explaining reasons for application (6 copies)
• Curriculum vitae completed according to attached model with recent photo (6 copies)
• Copies of obtained certificates and diplomas (6 copies)
• Other useful documents relevant to position nature (6 copies)
• Certificate attesting absence of previous disciplinary sanctions (6 copies)
• Proposed project including candidate's personal vision for the mission and development means (6 copies)

Submission Procedures and Deadlines

Application documents can be downloaded from the Academy website (aref-lsh.gov.ma) or the public employment electronic portal (www.emploi-public.ma). Application files must be deposited in six copies of each document at the Human Resources Management Department of the Academy located at Mohammed VI Avenue in Laayoune, until 3:00 PM on March 18, 2026.

Selection Process

A special committee will be created to conduct initial candidate screening and interviews, in accordance with the decision of the Regional Academy of Education and Training Director.
