The Regional Academy of Education and Training of Laayoune Sakia El Hamra region announces the opening of applications for the position of Head of Educational Affairs, Planning and School Mapping Service at the Provincial Directorate of Boujdour. This leadership position represents an exceptional opportunity for qualified civil servants wishing to contribute to the development of the regional education system.
This announcement follows Decision No. 8/5 issued on March 30, 2026 by the Director of the Regional Academy of Education and Training. The position is open to employees of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports who meet the specified conditions.
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
Permanent civil servants and contract agents ranked at administrator third class grade may apply if they have at least 15 years of effective service, including 4 years minimum in the mentioned grade, when service requirements necessitate it.
The service head exercises the competencies and missions provided by relevant legislative and regulatory texts, particularly Ministerial Decision No. 11-16 of February 8, 2016 concerning the determination of competencies and organization of Regional Academy services.
