Employment Information

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through its Regional Directorate of Health and Social Protection for the Marrakech-Safi region, is organising a recruitment competition at the first grade (scale 10) within the cadres of the corps of nurses and health technicians. The examination will take place on Sunday 22 November 2026 at nine in the morning at the Marrakech centre. Eligibility conditions

The competition is open to candidates of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 and at most 45 on 1 January of the current year, who hold the licence diploma issued by one of the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques, or the State diploma of the first cycle of paramedical studies issued by one of the institutes for training executives in the health field under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, or one of the diplomas recognised as equivalent in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.

Diplomas not issued by the ministry's institutes

Candidates holding diplomas that were not issued by the higher institutes of nursing professions and health techniques and by the institutes for training executives in the health field under the ministry must submit a copy certified true to the original of a diploma in the required specialty, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin and the documents listed in that decision. This requirement therefore does not apply to all candidates, but only to that specific category.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted according to the following steps:

  1. Registration on the website: the candidate must complete the information form relating to the competition available on the website of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, no later than Thursday 19 November 2026.
  2. Submission of the application file: application files must be uploaded to the dedicated electronic platform on the ministry's website. Thursday 19 November 2026 at four thirty in the afternoon (16:30) is the final deadline for submission; any file uploaded after that date will not be taken into consideration.

Documents in the application file

  • A copy of the diploma issued by the establishments mentioned above, in the required specialties.
  • A copy of the electronic national identity card.
  • A certificate of registration on the lists of persons in a situation of disability (for persons in a situation of disability).
  • A copy certified true to the original of a certificate proving the status of resistant, ward of the nation, former military member or former combatant (for holders of that status).
  • An authorisation to sit the competition for candidates who are civil servants, issued by the employing administration.

Any application file missing one of the required documents is void, as is any file uploaded to the platform after the fixed date. Registration in the computer application provided for this purpose is final and cannot be amended.

Tests and selection criteria

The competition consists of two tests, each with a coefficient of 2 and a duration of two hours:

  • Written test: multiple-choice questions on public health, duration two hours, coefficient 2.
  • Practical test: direct problem-solving or multiple-choice questions related to the required specialties, intended to assess the candidate's ability to carry out the tasks or functions attached to the grade concerned, duration two hours, coefficient 2.

For each cadre, the list of successful candidates is drawn up within the limit of the number of posts advertised, together with a waiting list, ranked according to merit among candidates who obtained an overall average of at least 10 out of 20 in the two tests, without an eliminatory mark.

Lists of admitted candidates and preparation

The lists of candidates admitted to sit the competition, which serve as convocation, are published on the ministry's website and become final two days after publication.

Practical preparation checklist

As personal preparation, and separately from the official conditions, candidates can check that their specialty matches a line in the table before registering, prepare certified-true copies of their documents, and plan to complete the information form and upload their file before 19 November 2026 to avoid any technical incident on the final day. It is also useful to revise public health topics and the practical skills related to the specialty concerned.

Salary: from 6500 to 9000 MAD per month.
