The commune of Imouzzer Marmoucha, in the province of Boulemane, is holding a recruitment competition for 4 posts at the grade of fourth-grade technician (scale 8), under Decision No. 76 of 21 October 2026. The competition will take place on Sunday 20 December 2026 from ten o'clock in the morning, at the venues specified in the convocations sent to admitted candidates. The commune's 2026 budget provides four vacant budgeted posts at this grade.
The competition is open to candidates holding the required technical diplomas in four specified specialties, with the allocation of posts set by the decision. It offers an opportunity to enter the territorial civil service within the interministerial technicians' cadre.
The specialties in competition are as follows, with one post assigned to each of the four specialties:
| Specialty | Number of posts | Required diploma |
|---|---|---|
| Civil engineering, major works or public works | 1 post | Technician diploma issued by authorised vocational training institutions, or one of the diplomas set by decision of the minister in charge of the civil service under Decree No. 2.12.90 of 30 April 2012, or an equivalent diploma |
| Urban planning and architecture | 1 post | Same conditions as above |
| IT, software development and computer networks | 1 post | Same conditions as above |
| Vehicle mechanics | 1 post | Same conditions as above, with a driving licence required |
The mechanics specialty requires a driving licence in addition to the required diploma. A mere certificate of success is not taken into account, and no diploma or certificate outside the required grade and specialty is accepted.
The competition is open to candidates of Moroccan nationality aged at least 18 and at most 40 on the date the competition is held. The upper age limit may be extended by a period equal to that of valid or pensionable service, without exceeding 45 years.
Candidates must hold the diploma or certificate required to access the grade and specialty in competition, as shown in the table above. Accepted are the technician diploma issued by authorised vocational training institutions, one of the certificates set by decision of the minister in charge of the civil service, or an equivalent diploma under the applicable regulatory provisions, together with a copy of the equivalence decision where applicable.
25% of posts are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the Nation, former member of the armed forces or former combatant. Separately, 7% of posts are reserved for persons with disabilities. These two percentages are independent of each other and are not combined.
The application file consists of the following documents:
A candidate definitively admitted must complete the file with the administrative documents required by regulation for appointment to the civil service.
Application files are submitted against a receipt directly at the commune's registry office during public administration working hours, or sent by post to the President of the Communal Council of Imouzzer Marmoucha, province of Boulemane, from the date of publication of the decision until 30 November 2026 at 16:30, the final deadline for accepting and submitting applications. The date of the post office stamp is authoritative.
Any file received after the stated deadline, missing any of the documents listed above, or not meeting the required conditions will not be considered and will be excluded. If, when verifying the conditions for participation, it emerges that a candidate already declared successful does not meet those conditions, that candidate will be removed from the list.
The competition comprises a written test and an oral or practical test, or both, as follows:
Candidates with an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test qualify for the oral test. The competition panel draws up the list of successful candidates within the number of posts in competition, together with a waiting list, ranked by merit among candidates with an overall average of at least 10 out of 20.
The lists of candidates admitted to the written and oral tests, together with the date and place of the tests and the announcement of results, are published on the public employment portal, on the national portal of territorial collectivities and posted at the commune's headquarters; they may also be disseminated by any available means. Publication of these lists constitutes a convocation of the admitted candidates to sit the competition, and they may also be summoned by any available means.
Before assembling the file, candidates should check precisely that their diploma matches the chosen specialty, since any diploma outside the required grade or specialty is not accepted. Prepare clear copies of the diploma, the national identity card and the curriculum vitae with a photograph, and ensure that the application states all the required information: name, address, signature, telephone number, email address and chosen specialty.
Candidates who are civil servants should request written authorisation from their employing administration early enough to avoid delay. It is also prudent to send the file by post well before the deadline and to keep proof of the sending date. For the written test, it is useful to focus on the duties of technicians within territorial collectivities and on their attributions, while practising multiple-choice questions.
