The president of the communal council of Tazarine, a commune in Zagora province, Al-Maïder circle and Tazarine caïdat, has announced a competition to recruit two (02) specialised technicians, 3rd grade, scale 9, in the specialty IT development techniques. The competition will be held on Sunday 29 November 2026 from ten o'clock in the morning at the Okba Ibn Nafaa central facility in Tazarine centre, or at other institutions if necessary within the centre of Tazarine commune.
The competition carries the code C 44368/26 and is a regular recruitment under the 2026 cadre establishment of Tazarine commune. The notice was published on 2 November 2026, and the deadline for submitting applications is Friday 20 November 2026 at 16:30.
Salary: from 5500 to 7500 MAD per month.
The total number of posts advertised, namely two (02) posts, is assigned to the specialty stated in the notice. The following table sets out the relationship between grade, required diploma, specialty and number of posts:
Distribution of posts by grade, diploma and specialty
A distinction should be drawn between the grade and the step: the grade is the level of the cadre within the scale, while the step is the point of progression within that scale. Scale 9 is the reference framework for this post.
The competition is open to candidates of Moroccan nationality aged at least 18 and at most 40 on the date the competition is held, that is 29 November 2026. The upper age limit may be extended by a period equal to the length of valid service that may be counted for retirement, without that extension exceeding 45 years in any case.
When submitting an application, the candidate must necessarily hold the required diploma. A certificate of success is not taken into account, and no diploma or certificate that does not match the required level or specialty is accepted.
The required qualification is the specialised technician diploma issued by one of the vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of 9 January 1987 laying down the general statute of vocational training institutions. The diploma must be in IT development techniques.
Any equivalent diploma or certificate included in the list established under Decree No. 2.12.90 of 30 April 2012 on the diplomas required for access to the various grades under the relevant statutes is also accepted. In that case, a copy of the equivalence decision must be attached to the application. Equivalence applies only to holders of the diplomas or certificates on that list and does not extend to any other qualification.
25% of the advertised posts are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military serviceman or former combatant. 7% of the posts are reserved for persons with disabilities holding the "person with a disability" card issued under Article 08 of Decree No. 2.97.218 of 19 December 1997.
These two shares are independent of each other: the 7% share is not taken out of the 25% share but out of the total number of advertised posts. Candidates concerned must prove their status with the required documents while also meeting the other eligibility conditions.
The competition consists of a written test and an oral or practical test, or both, with coefficients set as follows.
The written test covers the required specialty. It consists of one or more test papers designed to assess the candidate's ability to carry out the duties attached to the grade concerned. Its duration is three (03) hours and its coefficient is 3.
The oral or practical test, or both, lasts thirty (30) minutes and has a coefficient of 4. It covers various subjects and questions intended to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties attached to the grade concerned.
Candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test qualify to sit the oral test. This threshold is eliminatory: no candidate may proceed to the next test without reaching it.
The application file consists of the following documents, some of which depend on the candidate's situation:
The written authorisation is therefore a condition specific to civil servants, not a general condition for all candidates. Likewise, the registration certificate for persons with disabilities and the status certificate are required only from the persons concerned.
Applications are submitted directly to the registry office of Tazarine commune during normal working hours against a receipt, or sent by registered post in the name of the president of Tazarine commune to the following address: "commune de Tazarine, caïdat de Tazarine, cercle d'Al-Maïder, province de Zagora".
Any application received after the deadline, missing one of the listed documents or not meeting the required conditions will not be considered.
The list of candidates admitted to sit the competition, the date and place of the tests and the announcement of results will be published on the public employment portal. That publication serves as the convocation of candidates to sit the competition.
Alongside the official conditions, candidates may organise their preparation as follows, noting that this guidance adds no requirement to the notice:
With this preparation, candidates can approach the competition methodically, taking care to comply precisely with the deadlines and required documents, since any shortcoming in the file may lead to exclusion.
