Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager at Al Omrane Group

Al Omrane Group (GAO), a strategic public enterprise serving as the state's instrument in implementing government policy for housing and territorial development, is announcing a recruitment competition for one Marketing Manager position (M/F) within its regional representation in Tanger Tetouan Al Hoceima. Position Duties and Responsibilities

The marketing manager will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the operational implementation of the group's marketing strategy through steering media and non-media campaigns.
  • Coordinating stakeholders and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Implementing marketing plan actions while ensuring alignment with strategic directions and positioning objectives.
  • Participating in the design, deployment, and steering of marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve visibility and promotion goals.
  • Overseeing the production, adaptation, and distribution of marketing and communication materials associated with campaigns (editorial content, visuals, digital and print media).
  • Ensuring coordination with internal stakeholders and monitoring marketing and communication service providers while respecting deadlines and budgets.
  • Contributing to the structuring and animation of the group's cross-functional marketing mechanisms in support of relevant departments.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the performance of marketing actions and campaigns through regular reporting.
  • Proposing and implementing optimization actions for marketing mechanisms based on observed results and lessons learned.
  • Conducting active monitoring of marketing trends, market practices, and new communication formats to formulate development proposals.
  • Preparing analysis notes, marketing summaries, and strategic recommendations for submission to hierarchy.
  • Providing support to the group's cross-functional projects requiring marketing expertise.

Position Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a university degree at minimum Bac+4/5 level in Marketing or Communication.
  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in the marketing field. Only professional experiences directly related to the position's missions will be considered during the pre-selection process.
  • Be geographically mobile.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to analyze real estate and urban planning market trends to identify opportunities and client expectations.
  • Understanding of issues related to urban development, real estate programs, and territorial enhancement.
  • Analysis of needs of different target groups (households, institutional partners).
  • Participation in creating marketing materials (brochures, digital content, communication campaigns).
  • Monitoring performance indicators of marketing actions and proposing improvement areas.
  • Contributing to coherence between marketing strategy and commercial strategy of projects.
  • Creativity and innovation sense, relational ease and effective communication.
  • Teamwork and project mode capability, organizational sense and priority management.
  • Proposal strength and results orientation, analytical and synthesis mindset.
  • Adaptability, rigor and sense of responsibility.
