Al Omrane Group, the strategic public instrument for implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, announces the opening of applications for two Project Manager positions at its Al Omrane Fes Meknes branch. This represents an exceptional opportunity for qualified engineers to join a dynamic team contributing to the growth of Morocco's housing and territorial sector.
We are seeking engineers with a minimum of three years of experience in the technical field (civil engineering and/or construction) to join the Al Omrane Fes Meknes team. Two positions are available. The required qualification is a State Engineering Diploma or equivalent, with specializations in civil engineering, roads and bridges, building, public works, or hydraulics. Geographical mobility is required.
The Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of vital tasks that contribute to the success of housing and territorial projects. These responsibilities include:
Additionally, the role involves participating in feasibility studies, defining project concepts and components, following up on administrative authorization procedures, validating architectural and technical studies, participating in tender procedures and supplier selection, organizing project monitoring meetings, ensuring compliance with sustainability, quality, and safety requirements on construction sites, and monitoring the financial aspects of projects.
