Position Details and Responsibilities

The Head of Primary and Secondary Sectors Service plays a central role in supporting the ministry's planning and evaluation activities, leading an administrative unit specialized in studies related to fundamental economic sectors.   • Permanent and contract employees ranked at least at second-class administrator level or state engineer framework or equivalent index grades
  • Possession of a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator level or equivalent grade
  • Minimum two years of service for permanent employees or three years for contract employees in state administrations and territorial communities

Exceptionally, employees ranked at third-class administrator level or equivalent may apply, provided they have 15 years of actual service including at least 4 years in the mentioned grade.

  • Detailed curriculum vitae including qualifications and professional background
  • Proposed work program with clear methodology for managing the administrative unit
  • Approval from the candidate's administration with the direct supervisor's opinion on professional competence

The application form must be downloaded from the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) or the ministry's website (www.dfp.gov.ma), with five copies to be submitted. Files should be sent through administrative channels to the Directorate of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources located at Rue Mohamed Belhassan El Ouazzani, Hay Riad 2, Rabat, before April 14, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process and Appointment

A commission designated by ministerial decree will conduct the selection of compliant files, followed by a selection interview. The list of accepted candidates and interview details will be published on both mentioned electronic portals, with this publication serving as official summons. Successful candidates will be appointed by decree of the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills.
