The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) is internally recruiting a Head of Complaints Service based in Rabat. This leadership role reports to the Surveillance and Investigations Department.
Candidates must hold a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) and have at least 4 years of successful experience within AMMC. Perfect bilingualism (French, Arabic) is required; English is strongly desirable.
Knowledge of AMMC's activities, environment, and regulatory framework; ability to analyze legal documents; understanding of market functioning and financial products; leadership and team development skills; strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and oral communication; integrity, professional ethics, and discretion; autonomy, innovation, and initiative.
