  • Have, at the date of this decision's publication, at least four years of service as a permanent employee, or five years for contract agents, within state administrations or territorial communities.
  • Have previously performed service head functions (with possible exemption from this condition).

Position Responsibilities and Required Competencies

The responsibilities of the vacant position and the competencies required to occupy it are defined according to the annexes attached to the administrative decision. Generally, the department head assumes responsibilities for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the administrative and technical activities of the department, while ensuring the implementation of approved policies and programs.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced leadership and management skills, with the ability to make decisions and assume responsibilities. They must also have deep knowledge of the administrative legislation and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Morocco, particularly those related to the Interior Ministry.
