General Information About the Position

This position is part of a regular recruitment process conducted by the Group, with the workplace located at Al Omrane Casablanca - Settat Company. Key Missions and Responsibilities

The Commercial Advisor will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on serving citizen-clients and partners, aiming to improve the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting prospecting and marketing activities for various products offered by the Group.
  • Managing the social component of projects in accordance with established commercial policies.
  • Identifying potential clients and maintaining an updated database of prospects.
  • Making contact and following up with prospects for product marketing.
  • Welcoming clients and providing them with necessary information and advice professionally.
  • Organizing field visits to prospects or existing clients and presenting projects or products clearly and attractively.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient self-care operations.
  • Monitoring, managing, and developing personal client portfolios for continuous growth.
  • Achieving commercial performance indicators set in individual objective contracts.
  • Contributing to the preparation of brochures and promotional advertisements for products.
  • Ensuring payment collection at agreed deadlines.
  • Adhering to internal procedures and notes related to marketing and social support.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (technical, headquarters, agencies) and external ones (notaries, banks).
  • Participating in organizing open days, promotion campaigns, and various events.
  • Providing after-sales service with a focus on responsiveness and handling customer complaints.
  • Contributing to updating the Group's website regarding products managed by the Agency.
  • Conducting competitive monitoring of public and private operators and ensuring periodic information reporting.
  • Providing necessary support during various commercial events organized by the Company or Agency.

Access Conditions for the Position

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's + 5 years degree in Commerce or Marketing (state diploma or equivalent). A minimum of three years of professional experience in the Commercial or Marketing field is required, with necessary geographical mobility. It is important to note that only professional experiences directly related to the position's missions and responsibilities will be considered during pre-selection. Candidates are therefore encouraged to detail their experiences in their CVs, specifying exact start and end dates for each experience.
