New Opportunity to Apply for Managerial Positions in Missour Commune

The Commune of Missour, located in the Province of Boulemane, announces the reopening of applications for vacant managerial positions. This is the fifth call, as previous candidates either lacked the required qualifications or no internal staff applied. The goal is to fill these posts with competent individuals capable of improving local administration and services.

Available Positions

The vacancies include two types of roles:

  • Division Heads: Division of Administrative, Financial, Legal and Economic Affairs; Division of Urban Planning, Technical Studies, Environment, Works and Property.
  • Service Heads: Budget, Expenditure and Human Resources Service; Financial Resources Service; Legal Affairs, Council Affairs, Economic and Social Affairs, Civil Status and Signature Legalization Service; Works, Maintenance and Vehicle Fleet Service; Contracts and Property Service.

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to permanent civil servants and contractual agents working in public administrations and local authorities, subject to the following conditions:

For Division Head:

  • Be ranked at least at the grade of Principal Inspector 2nd grade or Engineer or an equivalent grade.
  • Hold a diploma allowing access to Principal Inspector 3rd grade or equivalent.
  • Have at least four years of service as a permanent employee or five years for contractual agents.
  • Have served as a service head (this condition may be waived).

For Service Head:

  • Be ranked at least at the grade of Principal Inspector 2nd grade or Engineer or an equivalent grade.
  • Hold a diploma allowing access to Principal Inspector 3rd grade or equivalent.
  • Have at least two years of service as a permanent employee or three years for contractual agents.
  • Exceptionally, candidates ranked at Principal Inspector 3rd grade may apply if they have at least fifteen years of actual service, including four years in that grade.

Application File

The application file must include:

  • A cover letter with a recent photograph.
  • A detailed CV highlighting qualifications, career path, and previous duties, along with copies of diplomas.
  • A work plan and methodology for managing and developing the relevant administrative unit.
  • The appointment decision for the current grade and, if applicable, the appointment decision for a managerial position.
  • For candidates from outside Missour Commune, approval from their home administration.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted in person to the Human Resources Office of Missour Commune, against a receipt, in four copies of each document, after registration with the registry office. The deadline is June 1, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Ensure you meet all requirements and provide a complete file for your application to be considered.
