The Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Kingdom of Morocco announces a call for applications to fill 9 responsibility positions, under Decision No. 2026/06 of March 2, 2026. These positions are open to qualified magistrates.

Available Positions

• Head of the Division of Judicial Inspection, Complaints, Special Reports, and Performance.
• Head of the Division for Studying, Analyzing, and Monitoring Judicial Performance Evaluation Reports.
• Head of the Division for Monitoring Public Prosecution Proceedings.
• Head of the Division for Monitoring Criminal Policy Implementation and Crime Analysis.
• Head of the Division for Monitoring Special Criminal Cases.
• Head of the Specialized Public Prosecution Division.
• Head of the Division for Public Prosecution Oversight of Legal and Judicial Professions.
• Head of the Division for Protection of Family, Women, and Special Categories.
• Head of the Division for International Judicial Cooperation in Civil and Family Matters.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must be magistrates ranked at least in the first grade, have at least two years of experience in management positions (this condition is waived for magistrates of exceptional and superior grades), possess the necessary experience and competence, and must not have received an administrative sanction.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the dedicated online platform at candidature.pmp.ma, from July 1, 2026, until 4:30 PM on July 15, 2026. All required documents (written request with hierarchical visa, electronic registration receipt, standard form, proof of grade and seniority, work program proposal) must be scanned and attached.

Selection Process

A committee will review applications and shortlist up to seven candidates per position. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews where they will present their personal vision for the assigned tasks. The interview date will be announced on the electronic portal of the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
