Al Omrane Group (GAO), a strategic public enterprise serving as the state's instrument for implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, is announcing openings for the position of Project Manager. The group is seeking 4 qualified professionals to join its teams in the Marrakech-Safi region, where their expertise will contribute to driving the development projects led across the Kingdom.

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will undertake a variety of critical tasks including:

  • Managing projects in terms of planning, milestones, progress monitoring, and execution while adhering to specifications, contractual commitments, and applicable regulations.
  • Ensuring effective coordination between all internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Managing first-level relationships with institutional partners and external stakeholders.
  • Overseeing project progress with strict attention to quality standards, costs, and established deadlines.
  • Participating in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the action plan for their respective unit.
  • Contributing to the preparation of feasibility studies required for project validation by technical and investment committees.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a State Engineering Diploma (or equivalent) in one of the following specialties: Civil Engineering, Roads & Bridges Engineering, Building Construction, Public Works, or Hydraulic Engineering.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the technical field (Civil Engineering and/or Construction) as an engineer.
  • Be geographically mobile as required by the position.

Technical and Behavioral Skills

Al Omrane is looking for candidates with a strong combination of skills:

  • Technical Skills: Mastery of regulatory procedures governing the real estate sector, proficiency in techniques for developing and optimizing project structures and business plans, expertise in project management methodologies, and competence in technical software and information systems such as SAP and AutoCAD.
  • Behavioral and Managerial Skills: Commitment, consultation, listening and teamwork, innovation and agility, strong customer satisfaction orientation, analytical and synthesis abilities, quality oral and written expression, and autonomy in problem-solving.
