Telecounselor Responsibilities

As a telecounselor, your main tasks will be:

• Answering incoming calls, identifying and processing customer requests.
• Analyzing customer needs to provide appropriate advice and assistance.
• Achieving sales targets and handling complaints.
• Contributing to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Profile

• At least Bac + 2 (DEUG, license, or equivalent).
• Good command of French.
• Proficiency in a second language: English, German, or Italian.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, communication skills, and teamwork ability.
