Job Opportunity as a Teleadvisor at Atlas On Line

Atlas On Line, a subsidiary of Royal Air Maroc, is recruiting 24 teleadvisors for the Grand Casablanca-Settat region. This position is open to candidates with a university degree (minimum Bac+2) who are proficient in French and a second language (English, German, or Italian).

Job Responsibilities

The selected employees will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Handling incoming calls, identifying customers, and processing their requests efficiently.
  • Analyzing customer needs to provide appropriate advice and necessary assistance.
  • Achieving sales targets and managing customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Working within a team to deliver high-quality customer service in the aviation sector.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree equivalent to DEUG, license, or higher.
  • Have a good command of the French language in both speaking and writing.
