Job Opportunity: 24 Call Center Agent Positions at Atlas On Line

Atlas On Line, a subsidiary of Royal Air Maroc Group, is recruiting 24 call center agents (téléconseillers) for inbound calls. The company specializes in customer relationship management for the airline industry, offering services such as telemarketing, customer support, remote sales, and after-sales service. This position is based in the Grand Casablanca-Settat region, and offers a contract under Moroccan labor law.

Key Responsibilities

As a call center agent, your main duties will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from English-speaking customers, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Analyzing customer requests and offering advice and assistance.
  • Achieving sales targets and managing complaints effectively.

This role requires excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to work in a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications

To be eligible, you must have:

  • A minimum of Bac+2 (DEUG, license, or equivalent).
  • Good command of French.
  • Proficiency in a second language: English, German, or Italian.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
