Urban Planning and Land Cadre Recruitment at the Regional Investment Center Marrakech-Safi

The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Marrakech-Safi is recruiting one (1) Urban Planning and Land Cadre under contract. This position, attached to the Urban Planning and Land Advisory Service within the Investor Advisory Division, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the region's economic development by assisting investors with land and urban planning regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a higher education degree in urban planning, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, and have at least two years of professional experience in land management or urban planning. Proficiency in GIS tools and knowledge of Moroccan land laws are required. Bilingualism (Arabic/French) is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise investors on urban planning and land regulations.
• Review investment files submitted via the cri-invest.ma platform.
• Provide up-to-date information on land availability, zoning, and permitting procedures.
• Identify constraints and risks related to urban planning and land use.
• Coordinate with internal services and external partners (e.g., Urban Agency, Land Registry).

Selection Process

The selection includes a pre-screening of applications, a written exam, and an oral interview. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email. The selection committee will evaluate qualifications and experience.
