Haouzia Commune in El Jadida province is organizing a recruitment competition for two Grade 4 Scale 8 technicians, in accordance with decision number 09 dated October 4, 2024, from the President of Haouzia Communal Council. This competition represents an excellent opportunity for technical graduates to join communal service and contribute to regional development.
The competition will take place on May 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Ibn Tufail Middle School in Al Gharbia neighborhood, Haouzia Commune. This involves recruiting two (2) Grade 4 Scale 8 technicians with two main specializations:
This competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 40 years maximum as of January 1, 2026. The upper age limit may be extended for a period equivalent to valid or validatable service periods for retirement purposes, without exceeding 45 years.
Candidates must hold a technical diploma in the required specializations, issued by a vocational training institution or an equivalent diploma listed according to the provisions of Decree No. 2.12.90 dated April 30, 2012.

Application files must be submitted at the registry office of Haouzia Commune headquarters, or sent by registered mail to the following address: Regional Road No. 318, Al Hrabza neighborhood, Haouzia Commune, with acknowledgment of receipt to the President of Haouzia Commune. Files must arrive by April 10, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
Any application file received after this deadline, or incomplete, will not be considered.
The recruitment competition includes a written test and an oral test according to the following schedule:
25% of the positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card issued according to the provisions of Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218.
The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, and this publication serves as a summons to take the written test.
For civil servants, it is mandatory to provide explicit approval from their original administration to participate in the competition, under penalty of rejection of their application and removal from the list of successful candidates if it is subsequently discovered that they are employees or contractors with another administration or commune.
