The Royal Society for Horse Development (SOREC) is accepting applications for the position of Tenders and Contracts Officer at its headquarters in Rabat. The successful candidate will report to the Purchasing and Supply Manager and will be primarily responsible for managing all procurement through tenders issued by the company, ensuring proper monitoring and compliance with public procurement procedures. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or equivalent, with preference given to public procurement specialization. Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position is required.
