Job Responsibilities

The Commercial Advisor will be responsible for serving citizens, clients, and partners, and improving the customer experience. Key duties include:

  • Prospecting and marketing products, and managing the social component of projects.
  • Identifying potential clients and updating the prospect database.
  • Contacting and following up with prospects for product sales.
  • Welcoming, informing, and advising customers.
  • Conducting site visits and presenting projects.
  • Ensuring smooth self-care operations.
  • Managing and developing a client portfolio.
  • Achieving commercial performance indicators set in the individual objective contract.
  • Participating in preparing brochures and sales announcements.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Complying with internal procedures related to sales and social support.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (notaries, banks, etc.).
  • Organizing open days and promotional events.
  • Handling after-sales service and customer complaints.
  • Updating the website for products managed by the agency.
  • Conducting competitive intelligence and reporting.
  • Providing duty coverage during commercial events.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Commerce, Marketing, or Management (state diploma or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and/or marketing fields (only relevant experience considered).
  • Geographical mobility.

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in prospecting and sales techniques.
  • Mastery of negotiation and collection techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing and product communication techniques.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus.

Behavioral and Managerial Skills:

  • Commercial mindset.
  • Initiative-taking.
  • Team spirit and ability to cooperate with internal and external partners.
  • Organized and structured thinking.
