Tadrart Commune has announced a recruitment competition for a third-grade technician position (scale 9), as part of efforts to strengthen technical capabilities in civil engineering and urban planning fields. Competition Details and Requirements

The competition aims to fill one position at the third-grade technician level. Candidates must hold a specialized technical diploma issued by vocational training institutions, or an equivalent qualification according to Decree No. 2.12.90. Applicants must be Moroccan nationals, aged at least 18 years and not exceeding 40 years as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension to 45 years for specific categories.

Examination Program

The competition includes a three-hour written test, followed by an oral or practical examination or both, designed to assess candidate competencies in the required specialization. Candidates scoring at least 12 out of 20 in the written test qualify for the oral examination. Final results are determined based on overall average, with priority given to candidates achieving the highest scores.

25% of the position is reserved for individuals with resistance fighter, nation's dependent, or former military status, while 7% is allocated for persons with disabilities.
