The ministry pays special attention to certain social categories, reserving 25% of the budgetary positions for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. Additionally, 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting its commitment to social justice and inclusion.

Competition Stages and Tests

The competition consists of two main evaluation stages, designed to accurately measure candidates' competencies:

• Written Test: This includes multiple-choice questions (MCQ) covering topics related to required tasks and functions, as well as the competencies of the Ministry of Interior and the specified technical specialties. The duration of this test is three hours.
• Oral or Practical Test: This test is conducted before a jury and aims to assess the candidate's ability to perform functions associated with the targeted grade. Only candidates who score at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for this phase.

Application Procedures and Key Dates

Interested candidates must register their applications through the public employment portal (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from February 16, 2026, to March 6, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and a curriculum vitae.

For foreign certificates or those issued by private institutions, it is necessary to attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette. Public sector employees must also submit their applications accompanied by final approval from their administration.

The competition tests are scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Multidisciplinary College of Errachidia, with possible organization at other centers to be determined later. The monthly salary for this position ranges between 4500 and 5300 Moroccan dirhams, according to applicable scales.
