Key Position Information

This position holds strategic importance within the Human Capital Management structure of ONCF. The incumbent occupies a leadership position within the Occupational Health and Safety Management Department, playing a central role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel across the national railway network.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Service Manager assumes various vital responsibilities including:

  • Leading and implementing the occupational health and safety management system across all institutional facilities
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance in occupational health and safety matters
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the management system and OHS performance
  • Maintaining interface with official bodies and OHS stakeholders
  • Operationally leading OHS transformation across the ONCF network
  • Implementing field OHS actions including signage, displays, and hygiene visits
  • Developing work accident and occupational disease statistics
  • Preparing the annual hygiene and safety report
  • Implementing training, information, and awareness programs in OHS
  • Managing medical-social activities and supervising the medical office

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree or State Engineering diploma in QSE, QHSE, or Occupational Health and Safety Management
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in OHS management and operational monitoring
  • Mastery of OHS regulations, standards, and associated procedures
  • Ability to manage work accidents, occupational diseases, and sensitive situations
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
